AI Policy
We use AI to make the website and audit intake faster. We do not use AI as a replacement for professional review.
Short version
AuditsPro may use AI tools to answer general website questions, guide visitors through the first steps of an audit enquiry, and help our team organise information. A human still reviews audit scope, documents, pricing, discounts, and professional audit work before a client should rely on it.
The public assistant is not the place to upload bank statements, trust ledger exports, identity documents, or other sensitive audit material. Use the secure client portal or an upload link approved by an AuditsPro team member for those records.
The public assistant is designed to answer general AuditsPro, audit-intake, pricing, document-upload, status, security, and AI policy questions. It uses guardrails as boundaries, not as a replacement for helpful answers. If a question asks for legal advice, makes an allegation, involves a competitor dispute, uses abusive language, or falls outside confirmed AuditsPro information, it may set a boundary or direct you to our team instead of guessing.
If you think an answer is wrong, out of date, or something on the site needs updating, please tell us — we are always happy to help. Contact us with the details and we will look into it, and aim to resolve it within 30 to 45 business days.
Our AI-assisted workflows are built for Australian trust-account audit and compliance work. Client portal audit documents are managed on Australian AWS infrastructure, including the Sydney region. Where AI support is used, our direction is AWS-hosted AI services and Australian operations settings where those controls are available.
Where we may use AI
- Answering general questions on the website and helping visitors find the right next step.
- Guiding quote, discount, start-audit, and document-upload enquiries before a human reviews the request.
- Summarising information that a client has provided, so our team can respond faster and with better context.
- Helping AuditsPro team members organise audit information, draft internal notes, and prepare review material where the workflow supports it.
What stays with people
AI output can be useful, but it can also be incomplete or wrong. For that reason, these decisions stay with AuditsPro team members or qualified professionals involved in the file:
- Final audit scope, pricing, and discount decisions.
- Whether documents are sufficient for an audit file.
- Audit findings, reports, sign-off, and professional judgement.
- Client-specific advice or anything that requires regulatory interpretation for a particular matter.
Client information and documents
If you type into the public assistant, the text may be processed by systems that help provide the assistant response and create a lead summary. Keep public chat to general questions and basic enquiry details. Do not paste full audit files into public chat.
Audit documents should be uploaded only through the secure portal or an upload link approved by an AuditsPro team member. We do not ask visitors to place bank statements, trust ledger exports, identity records, or full client files into the public assistant.
We do not intentionally publish client documents into public AI tools. Where an AI feature is used in a workflow, we aim to keep it limited to the task being performed and subject to our normal access and review controls.
Australian compliance and AI handling
AuditsPro operates for Australian clients and Australian trust-account audit requirements. Our AI use is designed around that context; it is not used to give overseas regulatory advice or to replace Australian audit judgement.
Our AI direction is AWS-hosted AI support, including Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Nova models where configured for the relevant workflow. We keep the public wording service-focused rather than model-focused because model versions and provider settings can change over time.
The AI service is not used as a place to store client records or build a reusable memory about you. AuditsPro may still keep enquiry details, uploaded files, audit records, team member notes, and system logs in our own systems where needed to provide the service, manage the file, or meet legal and audit obligations.
Non-sensitive website assets, security tooling, and delivery services may use broader cloud or CDN infrastructure. Sensitive portal document handling is designed around Australian AWS infrastructure and controlled portal access.
Accuracy and reliance
AI responses on the website are general support only. They may help explain a process, estimate the next step, or prepare a handoff to our team. They are not an audit report, legal advice, financial advice, or a final regulatory position.
We do not use public chat to make legal conclusions, resolve allegations, compare competitors, or respond to disputes. Those matters need direct team review with the right context.
If an AI response conflicts with a written quote, a portal notice, a team member email, an engagement letter, or an issued audit report, the reviewed written material should be treated as the source to follow.
Images on this website
Some images and illustrations on this website may be generated or edited using AI tools. We use them for design and presentation only. They are not photographs of specific clients, audits, team members, or real events unless a caption clearly says otherwise.
What not to send in public chat
Please do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes, internet banking logins, ATM card details, full card numbers, bank statements, full trust account ledgers, identification documents, tax file numbers, Medicare details, complete client lists, or other sensitive audit records through the public assistant. If we need those documents, we will direct you to the secure portal or another method approved by an AuditsPro team member.
Policy updates
We may update this page as our assistant and internal workflows change. When we do, we update the date above. We try to keep this page practical rather than broad, so it remains useful to clients and fair to us.
